Proposed Bylaw Change

The Finland Snowmobile and ATV Club Board of Directors is proposing the following changes to the bylaws.

Proposal:

• Article IV Board of Directors

  • Section 7

    • Section 4

      • Board of Director members can serve only three consecutive terms in any one board position, but may run for a different board position. Change to:

      • Repealed June 6, 2026

Proposal:

• Article IV – Board of Directors

  • Section 7

    • Change labeling of document from ‘Sections” under Section 7, to Subsection 1 through 11.
